power-generation construction, commissioning, startup,
strategic planning, EPC execution, equipment strategy,
procurement, owner representation, and project recovery.
His background combines field execution with executive
decision-making. That combination matters because a project
recommendation eventually has to survive engineering,
procurement, construction, commissioning, schedule pressure,
contract administration, and commercial operation.
